Refund & Return Policy – Lipora

At Lipora, we take pride in the quality of our products and service. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility of a return, provided the conditions outlined below are met.


Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • All packaging, components, and accessories must be included.

  • Products intended for personal or hygienic use must be clean and unused.

  • If the product is defective, it must be reported immediately upon delivery.

We reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs from your refund.
Returns that do not comply with these conditions may be refused.

Approved returns are processed within 7 working days after receipt. You will be notified via email once your return is officially confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items that show signs of use, damage, or manipulation beyond normal handling.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@lipora-mayfair.com with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Address

  • Photos of the item (in case of damage or defect)

We will then provide you with the correct return address.

⚠️ Please do not send returns to the sender’s address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Right to Cancel (Withdrawal Policy)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please note:

Orders are processed automatically, and dispatch occurs shortly after purchase. Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel the shipment. In this case, you will need to wait for delivery and proceed with the return process.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please email us at support@lipora-mayfair.com with a clear declaration of your decision.
Refunds will be issued only after the item has been received and inspected.


Cancellations While In Transit

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait until the goods are delivered, then initiate a return request as outlined above.

To ensure efficient processing, we encourage customers to provide a shipping confirmation once the return has been dispatched.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout, unless otherwise agreed.
No additional fees will be applied to the refund transaction.

Please note: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns must be sent to our designated warehouse at the customer’s expense.
